Professional and Timely with all of our needs!
They will very flatly & abruptly shoo you away if "our firm doesn't handle those kinds of cases," & offer zero guidance or assistance after the fact. If you press for details as to "why is that?" or for further guidance on where to go, they rush into their "goodbye" & virtually hang up on you.
Wouldn’t give a reason as to why my case doesn’t fit the criteria of cases they cover. Responded in a timely fashion.
Was told they would not handle a litigation case in civil court for an estate issue. They did get back in touch with me regarding which other law firms have declined to do.
