John was able to save some beautiful old rosewood chairs for a dear friend. His service and craft is excellent and the turn-around on the job was remarkable. Having worked with other trim/upholstery folk before - things can sometimes drag on! I would highly recommend McConnell's for sound advice, quality workmanship and excellent materials. His knowledge, advice and attention to detail was outstanding and the finished product far exceeded my expectations. A husband and wife team that are accommodating and can be trusted to provide quality workmanship and outcomes. A real pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
