My air conditioning quit working so, I called Rick. He was on vacation when I called him and I left a message on his cell phone. He called me back while on his vacation, which I thought was great of him. His first day back off his vacation, he showed up at my house to look at my a/c and found it was just a blown fuse. He replaced the fuse and made sure it wasn't going blow again. Rick is a very professional man and I definitely recommend him for any a/c or heating issues. First class man!
Great to deal with. Last winter, the hot surface ignitor failed on my furnace. Scrambling to find one @5:30 in the evening, my wife called around to a couple HVAC companies. While he didn't have one on his truck and offered to get one next day from local supply house and McConnell was also the only company to call us back. Rick is hands down awesome to work with. He has replaced both my furnace, and my AC now in my house. The HVAC systems in our older home were well used when we moved in, and figured we were on borrowed time. Our furnace crapped out in the dead of winter and Rick got everything taken care of within a day or two.
