This move was one for the record books. My wedding dress was in a box that was intended for dishes. Mr. Johnny pulled up in a truck that was too small for our home. Well after 8 hours of trying to force everything in the truck he brought he admitted everything wouldn't fit and he would have to rent a uhaul. There was one problem... he was the only driver with a valid driver's license. Our new home has hardwood flooring which they chipped and scratched while moving the furniture. I'm currently having a VERY NEGATIVE experience with this company. They messed up the delivery and the customer service has been very disappointing. I hope they correct this situation and that I'm able to update with a positive review
