I called at 4:30 on a Friday, they were so helpful and took the time to do a little bit of research and provided the information I needed. I’ve been working with Gary and his staff for several years and always get superior service.
JoAn did a great job helping me find an insurance policy that fit my needs. She went above and beyond what I had expected from an insurance agent - she went through my current insurance policy and through my HOA's insurance policy several times to make sure I was getting the correct coverage. She even discovered that I had previously been over insured. I would work with JoAn again in a heart beat.
The girl whoever answered the phone is rude , unwilling to help and inpatient with attitude.
Spams me with email, never signed up...extremely annoying.
