Writing a review on behalf on my mother- Jennifer Roberts. My mother is 71 and hasn't seen a dentist in a year. She was there a few weeks ago and told them of a situation she had got punched in the face and it broke some of her teeth. The lady dentist there did a full round of radiographs for her entire mouth and explained her oral health to her in great detail. My mother came home SO PLEASED with the care she received. I’m incredibly appreciative of the amazing front desk staff—Mica, Amaina, and Rupinder. They are always respectful, kind, and considerate, ensuring every visit is a pleasant experience. I have been going to Mcconachie Dental for approximately 6 years now. Mostly go for cleanings but have also had a root canal done. Always an easy visit when I go there. The team that work here are very friendly and professional. Have never had an issue with any of the work I had done. Going to the dentist is never fun but I must say, I enjoy going here. Thanks Team
Came here for an emergency dental appointment this week. I had written in my appointment notes I have dental anxiety. Staff were a bit unpleasant, not a huge issue. The dentist that saw me was not the one I booked with, I was not informed of any changes. The dentist told me several times I needed a nightguard, which is understandable but it was brought up to the point of neglecting the pain that had brought me in.
