I ordered a capacitor from this company on 10/12/21. I also called and ordered it before this date once before and had to call them to order it again on 10/12. 11/5/21 I called again and asked about my order for a customer and they don't know what I'm talking about. I have bought stuff from them before and had no problem but apparently they have idiots running it now. I've tried top get this part from them for over 2 months. WON'T DO IT AGAIN
If you're looking for argumentative customer service people, a company that doesn't stand by its own written insurance policy, don't even think about doing business with this company. Their products are cheap for a reason - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY.
Worst customer service ever. They will hang up on you while attempting to rectify THEIR mistakes! Spend a little extra and shop elsewhere.
I ordered a furnace control board from McCombs, they sent the wrong part. I asked that they send the correct part overnight, Ken McComb refused and said send back the wrong part and they'll credit me. Canceling my order. I waited for 3 days with a down furnace/AC, got the wrong part, was told they would not send the correct part overnight and they will not replace with the correct part. They did say sorry. So take these folks of your list as they have no customer service or decency.
