I ordered a capacitor from this company on 10/12/21. I also called and ordered it before this date once before and had to call them to order it again on 10/12. 11/5/21 I called again and asked about my order for a customer and they don't know what I'm talking about. I have bought stuff from them before and had no problem but apparently they have idiots running it now. I've tried top get this part from them for over 2 months. WON'T DO IT AGAIN
If you're looking for argumentative customer service people, a company that doesn't stand by its own written insurance policy, don't even think about doing business with this company. Their products are cheap for a reason - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Ordered June 20th and paid for next day air of almost $50. Item shipped June 22 to receive it June 23 but never received it. I’ve tried contacting them by phone but never get a call back. I’ve emailed them demanding refund as we’ve had to go to another company for the part, yet they won’t refund me for something that is still sitting in Memphis, TN. I’m beyond done and disputing it with PayPal. So buyer beware

I was able to email them and get help verifying that I was ordering the correct oven element and they processed my order the same day. I received the part within 3 days and was able to get my oven fixed. Amazing service, and I plan to use for any future needs. 5⭐
