Bought brand new 2024 hybrid Ford Maverick and I currently have 14,160 miles and could not qualify for bumper to bumper warranty due to high mileage it had to be under 10,000 miles to qualify. I knew of possible problem when the tires were checked for proper inflation but due to health problems I was not able to followup. Good experience overall. Was a lot busier than expected when I first arrived. Lady at the desk didn't inform me of how long the service would take. Good friendly people though.
I took my 2024 Platinum with the Tremor package to McCombs Ford West for its first oil change. I arrived at 7:45 AM, but my vehicle wasn’t ready until 1:00 PM. I understand that dealerships can be busy, so that wasn’t the problem. However, while my truck had been washed before the oil change, when I picked it up, I noticed oil smudges on the driver and passenger doors, as well as on the hood, and there was trash left inside. CMON-MAN, REALLY!
