Nate and whole team were great. Very rapid quote, worked with our insurance, and able to get our car repaired on exactly the timeline they said! Car repaired to like-new condition. I hope to not go back (or to have any future damage), but they'll be our first choice if we ever need future repairs! Also, didn't see it in other reviews, so would note: they have a street-accessible side lot in the event your car needs to be dropped off by a towing company during non-business hours. McCombe “fixed” my trunk door after I was rear ended. Within 3 months, it leaks every time it rains. Brought it back under their guarantee to have it fixed again and initially they seemed unwilling to do it. They decided they needed to order a part and in the interim placed tape on where they believe the leak is. 5 weeks later and multiple unreturned phone calls I was told they ordered the wrong part and they have to order something else. Every time it rains or get wets my car is still leaking. Water comes through the electr... read more
