the man that answers the phone could be a little more welcoming to answer questions to a new customer.
Called to look into a service plan and fuel delivery. The lady who answered the phone was so rude. She acted as if I was bothering her. I mean if you don't want new customers than just say that to begin with. Guess they don't want any.
