This was the 2nd time we’ve used McCollum tax services for our taxes. 1st year filed no issues, 2022 taxes were never filed after 2 rejected attempts. I had called the irs for another issue when I was informed my 2022 taxes were not filed for an INCORRECT DOB!! I tried numerous times to reach out, I left voicemails and emails w/no type of response what so ever. Mr. McCollum Is extremely wise, experienced and patient. He is trust worthy and took the time to help me understand my tax needs.
