Jonathan and the entire McCollum Law team are amazing. I also refer my clients to them because they’re thorough and they protect my clients. Jonathan and Ian were just absolute joys to work with while buying our house through Carolina Collective Realty. The Qualia portal they use was the best portal we experienced in our time buying/closing on the house. There communication was expert. Jonathan walked us through all the legalese on the closing documents in layman's terms so we could understand it and had the patience to tolerate me reading through most pages I signed before I did.
It was a very fast, easy, and understandable process. They went through the process with us. We agreed and soon after received payment within days we closed on selling the property. They are the best highly recommend.
