Haven't heard from the office in Months Jan2023 Julie the paralegal sent a text stating she is no longer with the firm. Before then I kept getting the run around and excuses on why the attorney couldn't speak to me. Everything was hes in court, hes sick, he just had a set of twins, oh hes still in negotiation with thr other insurance carrier. Run dont go to this firm... terrible decision. David has retired and turned over all open cases to another attorney.
Someone can please explain what's going on in here. I have similar situation. There's 0 communication with the firm. Lawyer just disappeared, I'm just thinking that he passed away or is very sick. It's really weird that I lawyer do this and I'm assuming the paralegal just quit due to the burden she had since she was the only one answering for the firm. If I could give him zero stars, I would. My parents have been trying to close out their case with this attorney for over a year and a half. There is absolutely no clear communication. His paralegal Julie, who was the only one we've ever been able to reach, never had any real updates other than to tell us she was working on other demands but that my parents' case was next.
