Can't say enough about the quality of work and customer service here. For whatever reason, the other Cincinnati area body shops are absolutely abysmal - Caliber and Liberty (especially poor) have all in my experience been terrible, and Gerber was more than TWICE the price of McCluskey for the same minor repairs. Thank you, McCluskey team for timely, responsive and affordable service!
I was not treated as another customer. I was treated as a guest. Danielle was very personable as well as the other staff who directed me to her office and answered other questions I had. I felt listened to as it was an insurance claim and they assisted me in what I should do and even had the rental service bring the care to me and had them pick it up afterwards. Never ever let this place touch your car. Even if it is where your insurance company suggested. If I could give negative stars I would this place is bad.
They did a great job every time I've came here. Only one problem. I got a little spot on my door handle that they did not paint
