Got to the trouble and fix the problem
McCluskey Auto Body Shop was extremely professional, timely, and very detailed with the repair of my vehicle. The quality of work was excellent, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also made dealing with my insurance company about as convenient and stress-free as it gets. Highly recommend.
They never answer the phone. I’ve left two voicemails and never got a call back. The last time I got an oil change they didn’t reset my car, so it kept notifying me that my oil was low and I had to come back in for them to do that. Won’t be going back to this location.
Made an appointment for body shop, arrived 10 minutes early, was handed a piece of paper to fill out, waited another 20 .minutes and gave up. I'll find another shop that cares about customer service.
Have had my 2020 Ram repaired twice by McCluskey. Both times they were committed to getting the repair perfect. Clare did a great job at communicating and working with my insurance. Easy coordination with my insurance and Enterprise down the street. Would highly reccomend them!
