I really want to thank Jacob or Jake at the reading road body shop. We were just stopped there waiting for a tow. He asked me what was wrong. I told him the tire was flat and it wouldn’t hold air so he told us to pull the car in and he would check it. He removed the nail and didn’t charge us anything. He was very polite and helpful and I am very grateful.
Got to the trouble and fix the problem
McCluskey Auto Body Shop was extremely professional, timely, and very detailed with the repair of my vehicle. The quality of work was excellent, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also made dealing with my insurance company about as convenient and stress-free as it gets. Highly recommend.
They never answer the phone. I’ve left two voicemails and never got a call back. The last time I got an oil change they didn’t reset my car, so it kept notifying me that my oil was low and I had to come back in for them to do that. Won’t be going back to this location.
