Just got off the phone with Brian. I haven’t had my car in three weeks. Made it very clear multiple times I don’t have a vehicle. They don’t want to price me with a loaner. What a joke. Had my car towed in yesterday. They called me about 12:30 for confirmation to run diagnostics etc. I showed up to my appointment at 3 which was a 45min drive for dude to tell me that I didn’t need to come in. I’ve called 4 times now and no response. Problem is I need my car back by Monday and I can’t even get ahold of anyone. So now I have to drive 45min back up there just to find out what’s going on.
I really want to thank Jacob or Jake at the reading road body shop. We were just stopped there waiting for a tow. He asked me what was wrong. I told him the tire was flat and it wouldn’t hold air so he told us to pull the car in and he would check it. He removed the nail and didn’t charge us anything. He was very polite and helpful and I am very grateful.
Got to the trouble and fix the problem
