My experience in 2015 was wonderful ! my mother had passed away and I heard from a friend of a friend about this funeral home. I had called them because she had passed and they said they needed my insurance policy in about an hour. at first I thought about calling a funeral Home in howland but they said they were going to drop her off at my house if I didn’t give the insurance policy number in 15 minutes ! I was outraged but kinnick would never do that! Highly recommend
In 2015 my mom passed away in my arms while waiting for the first responders. They brought her back only for her to finally pass away. I was traumatized and by myself. It was a Friday and the hospital needed to know who to call. My Aunt suggested this funeral home because a relative on her side of the family worked there. She was picked up and I received a phone call asking for the insurance policy number. At the time I was looking for it but didn't find any information although I knew she had life insurance as a GM retiree.... read more
