I recently moved in to this building. I would like to personally thank Priscilla for making our move-in day so comfortable and easy. The apartment was spotless and the amenities are amazing. I’m very happy with the location with an easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets, and not to mention Lake Michigan. I highly recommend this building.
TLDR: I have lived here for just 2 weeks, but am very happy with the leasing office, front concierge, and package room helpers. The building's age means not everything is perfect despite unique and plentiful amenities. 4.5 stars In terms of the tour and move-in process, Priscilia Reyes-Castillo was super knowledgeable about the apartment, utility setup, amenities, and the Streeterville and Chicago overall. I lived at Arrive for 2 years, and while everything looks fine at first, once you sign the lease the problems begin. The biggest issue I faced was with packages many of mine went missing, and the process of trying to recover them was incredibly frustrating. The front desk was often dismissive, and the receiving room staff were even less helpful. Instead of assisting residents, they frequently made the situation worse.
