Atty McClure was selected to be the Guardian ad Litem on our family court case in Porter County. We presented factual documents that the Mother was failing the children in their education, health, dental and mental health. At the final hearing Atty McClure presented her final report. She spent the better half of the morning repeating hearsay from the Mother and slanderous accusations that held no merit or any factual exhibits to back the baseless claims from the Mother. Cynthia is a great attorney. I was so lucky finding her. Her entire family has practiced law for years and her advice is top notch. She will listen to your frustrations and then advise you based off of what she knows the magistrate will want. She’s not going to fight, she’s going to calmly counsel you to best case scenario for your situation. She’s also extremely reasonable.
She was our mediator for my divorce. I really like the fact that she put us in our own rooms and she went between the rooms negotiating for us. I really liked her a lot and I would recommend her as an attorney. I wish I had her as an attorney instead of a mediator. However, in the end she was very helpful.
