Receptionist (Dr. McClure's wife) is horribly rude, scared my daughter and myself on the phone by not softening her comments. His background listed on TriStar Health is wrong. They list him as doing his Residency in Mumbai, India. Dr. McClure said he did his Residency in Shreveport, LA. Dr. Daniel McClure has terrible bedside manners. No sign of empathy. Mother went here, receptionist is horribly rude, nobody explained anything to her, they dilated her eyes AT NIGHT, BY HERSELF, didn’t tell her they were dilating her eyes just said they were putting “drops in” said they took her insurance and then made her pay $50 as she’s leaving saying insurance didn’t cover it, so mom calls her insurance and it was nothing to do with them and said she has no copay that she shouldn’t have been charged on their part, and that they don’t even have this place on their network. Dr McClure did my cataract surgery this year and he did an amazing job I don't need glasses anymore. I have been going there for years to have my eyes checked because of my Diabetes and Abigail his wife is more like a friend than an employee. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Love him, removed 2 cataracts and no problems
