Brought my excavator to McClung to have case drain line installed. Ahlea was super responsive and took good care of setting our account up. The service guys are outstanding, super professional. When I went to pick my unit up they took their time to explain and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this shop and will be back for any future services or repairs.
Great people. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a pin for our Takeuchi TL140 track loader. And no one had it. And neither did McClung-Logan. They went out and pulled one out of new machine to get us back in action.
I do not recommend this company. I've purchased several pieces of equipment from them and had numerous issues with their equipment. Warranty repairs are costly and they charge additional fees that other dealers do not charge for such repairs. My advice is to go elsewhere.
