I got charged for 'high performance spark plugs' that they didn't even change. and to add insult to scamery they put a sticker on my rear window
My car broke down yesterday and McCloy Automotive let me get my car dropped off to them to look at, I understood it might not be fixed the same day but they did everything they could to help me without hesitation. I got my car back today, I'm incredibly impressed with the service and explainion for what happened (I'm not super savvy with cars so the explanation was appreciated).
