All aspects of our experience with McCloud Windows have been outstanding thus far! From the initial meeting with our consultant Joe, to the timeliness of information as we made selections, to the custom on-site window measurements by the manufacturer, all the steps were executed professionally and with us, the customer, in mind. We are extremely impressed with the quality of service we received from McCloud Windows. From start to finish, all those we encountered were kind, pleasant, and personable people. The Brads, came in and knocked our full home window project out within a day and a half. Quality and efficient craftsmanship - we were able to notice a huge difference in the air quality of our home immediately. To top it off, the owner of the company - Nathan stopped by on day two to greet us and thank us for our business.
I have had my McCloud Windows for about 6 years. They are as good today as they were the day they were installed. The process was flawless from purchase to install/clean up. I recommend McCloud windows to anyone who wants a quality window that holds up to Ohio weather. I still get compliments from my neighbors.
The windows were reasonably priced for triple pane windows. Extremely satisfied. From my first call to the office, a sales rep call and scheduled appointment, measurements and installation. The installers were great. I cannot say enough about the quality of the windows. Highly recommend McCloud Windows.
