Excellent people and excellent service. Noticeable reduction of sound in the house and the look overall is wonderful! Highly recommended.
We bought triple pane windows from McCloud and if I am being honest it was not without a few hiccups. The basis for my 5 star review comes down to a few important things.... The windows and the installers (Brad and Brad) were top notch and the Owners Nathan and Scott made any inconvenience we had right in the end and to me that speaks volumes about their company. **1/5** Extremely frustrating experience with McCloud Windows. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 a.m. and provided my address in writing several days beforehand. I also received a confirmation/reminder the day before saying they were looking forward to coming out for the appointment. We took time off work to be home, and when no one showed up, I reached out.
