Our entire process with McCloud has been wonderful! Joe made our first meeting fun and easy! He’s continued to provide excellent communication throughout the entire process. We were worried at the time and effort it would take to get a whole house of windows done, but the installers were incredibly efficient, respectful of our home, and did a great job with cleanup. We’ll recommend McCloud every time!
I am exceptionally pleased with my experience with McCloud Windows. Todd, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and informative, answered all questions, and exhibited great customer service. Brad and Brad, the installers were friendly, hard-working, and conscientious. Nathan, the owner came by and was appreciative and caring. The nineteen windows replaced look great, are high quality, and professionally installed. McCloud Windows has my high recommendation!

We bought our house 7 years ago and have been talking about needing new windows since we moved in and realized how drafty they were. Fast forward to 2025: The McCloud windows team installed our windows in June, right before it was so miserably hot for that span of about 2 weeks. From the initial meeting with our consultant Joe, to the timeliness of information as we made selections, to the custom on-site window measurements by the manufacturer, all the steps were executed professionally and with us, the customer, in mind.
