We are so thrilled we went with McCloud windows for our installation! The entire process went so smoothly. The sales rep (Todd) was on time and answered all of our questions at our meeting. Darwin did a fantastic job installing. He was on time, clean and finished installing all 10 of our windows from 9:30am-2:30pm. It was incredible! We have already noticed a reduction in outside noise (we went with triple pane), and the windows make our house look so much brighter. We could not be more pleased.
Just got my windows and sliding glass door replaced. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Mr. Bronson checked on us several times throughout the process to ensure everything went smooth. Brad and Brad did an amazing job with installation, very quick and very professional.
