Our Homeowners Association finally got rid of this company. I have a pond in my back yard and have been complaining for years about the smell and missed treatments. They tried to be the cheapest and wound up being the worst.
Our HOA signed contract after contract with this company and continued to receive subpar service. We paid up front and that was a horrible mistake. If they weren’t damaging yards, they were skipping services. When called out about the condition of the ponds they provided little to no response. When pressed they had multiple people responding and it was clear the confusion that lines their administration carries over into their service. Shop around, find a more trustworthy company.
Our subdivision has used McLoud Aquatics to take care of our water quality and just recently their fountain service. We had a very old fountain that finally gave up . It was maintained by John Stout who is very knowledgeable in aquatics, pond maintenance and repairs. The old fountain couldn’t be repaired so we purchased another one. I bought my property, with a 3/4 acre pond, 4 years ago. Every year, April through October, my pond was inundated by duckweed/watermeal. 100% coverage. I treated it myself for the first three years, spending thousands of dollars, and saw no significant improvement. I did my research and contacted McCloud Aquatics. I coordinated a plan with Dimitri.
