We arrived early in the morning and left our car with Alex, and the whole process was incredibly easy and convenient. We had an issue with our car that no one else had been able to fix. Unprofessional service and lack of accountability. I had an oil change performed at DiagTech Automotive (Invoice #755). Shortly after, an oil leak occurred. A diagnostic inspection at an official dealership (Bytek Volkswagen) confirmed that the plastic oil pan was damaged and cracked at the drain plug due to overtightening during service.
