Beware! Deceptive sales practices and unethical price packing. Car was listed for $21K and later discovered they wrote the contract for 31K, even though the advertised the warranty as a monthly service fee rather than an added total. Went in for the first time to have my car serviced and the warranty didn't cover anything. Bad business! Save your money and buy somewhere else.
Malicious and Predatory Warranty Sales The sales department, specifically Shayne Harman’s approach to selling extended warranties is extremely predatory. I was heavily pressured into purchasing a $4,000 warranty, but the cost was presented to me as roughly $30/month, rather than clearly explaining that I was adding $4,000 to the cost of my vehicle.
