If there was only a 0 star option.. Booked some body work 3 months out. Not only did they never place the order for the required parts.. they also decided to shut down to renovate their shop and cancelled all current work. I was never contacted. Called in several times a week with no answer for over a month!! They have no resolution for me so I start back at square one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Looks like someone did the body and paint in there back yard and they had it for 4 months.
I had the honor to interact & meet Grant & Jane. Their customer service was excellent during the process of my vehicle being repaired.. I live in Florida and each time I called the body shop i had closure by the end of the phone call. As for the service you could not tell that the vehicle had any prior damage to it. The paint was nice and they did a great job cleaning the inside detailing the vehicle. There was some mechanical work involved to where the vehicle drove excellent through a massive storm all the way to Florida. ... read more
