12 out of 5 stars Hands down the best customer service in Parkersburg The shop lead, Alvin went above and beyond to fix my car He ended up saving me around $1,000+ from a different problem that State Farm wouldn’t cover All around the team at McClinton exceeded my expectations (more than once) and gave my car more attention than what is normally expected 🤩
12 out of 5 stars ⭐ Hands down the best customer service in Parkersburg 😃✨ The shop lead, Alvin went above and beyond to fix my car 🚗💨 He ended up saving me around $1,000+ from a different problem that State Farm wouldn’t cover 💰🙌 All around the team at McClinton exceeded my expectations (more than once) and gave my car more attention than what is normally expected 🏆🤩
If there was only a 0 star option.. Booked some body work 3 months out. Not only did they never place the order for the required parts.. they also decided to shut down to renovate their shop and cancelled all current work. I was never contacted. Called in several times a week with no answer for over a month!! They have no resolution for me so I start back at square one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Looks like someone did the body and paint in there back yard and they had it for 4 months.
