I water skied here quite often over 30 years ago. Great conditions, excellent boats, calm water, great facility with slalom course and jump and knowledgable staff. Joel Mcclintock was the 1984 world champion and most of his family members compete or did. I brought my daughters here last year and they skied for the first time with one lesson each (aged 11 and 14) and now they ski behind friend's boats. This is a great place. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I have free skiid for 50 years and started taking lessons from JayMac.. great teacher and demeanour. And only support from everyone in my quest to learn a slalom course.
Hey jMac, It’s time to start budgeting for quieter ski boats, you might want to consider replacing your current fleet with ones that come properly equipped with mufflers. Your MasterCrafts—especially the red one—tend to sound more like a pair of aging dump trucks making loops around the lake all summer than the professional ski boats one might expect.
