Worst experience living in a McClintock home! They don't understand their own HOA rules they set up for the neighborhood, so it ends up costing us thousands after an approved project was abruptly revoked with no explanation. Then upon selling, we find that they don't pay their bills and we lived there with a lien on the property from a supplier for over a year! Do not buy McClintock!
Update: they did respond this day but haven’t responded since. One homeowner has lawyered up. The rest of us are just waiting patiently for someone to respond. The sign that we’ve been complaining about for a year still isn’t fixed, there’s a reason the houses aren’t selling here. They won’t take ownership for anything. More leaking everytime it rains. This house was built in 2021. And we just found out are roof was not installed properly. It had multiple different contractors due to the fact they couldn’t keep the same contractors around. (We have spoke to previous contractors who attempted to work for them) their houses are junk.
