A REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE : I had a Kohler 14RCA whole house generator installed w/ 4 estimates. Sears, Electrical connections, MEI & Generac. MEI is the only company that didn't visit the house, didn't return calls or provide requested feedback, instead asked for information via Email & submitted their bid via email. Their bid was next to lowest priced & the only one to include a Kohler whole house generator, a 14 RCA. If I could give 0 stars maybe even negative stars I would. They were the electricians wiring our new house under construction. They are holding up the process. The Owner of this business NEVER returns calls for 6-8 weeks They have been contacted to finish the job at our house. There are 3 outlets they forgot to install. When our builder calls them they say we will send someone tomorrow. Then NO ONE shows. My husband has called but phone calls are not returned this has been Going on for 8 weeks.
