McClendon’s Select is by far one of my favorite places to shop. I first found them a few years ago at the Uptown Farmers Market and now they’re part of my weekly ritual. Their fruits and vegetables are incredibly fresh, all organic, and just bursting with flavor. Honestly, nothing compares. Wow… just noticed the apples they are selling aren’t from their farms. These apples are grocery store apples coming from Washington that they are charging double for. What’s local from this place are what’s not? Who knows
