We called for removal of the porta potties over a month before they were removed, they were on a job site that we do not frequent- so we never knew that they weren't removed from the site. We were charged for the extra month they were there and we are being told that we never called to have them removed. We are losing $400 due to this. If you are ordering from them for a site that you are not at often- be sure to check to make sure they were removed after you call so you do not lose money.

We used McClendon's for a port-o-potty for our semi-annual outdoor sale last weekend. The whole experience was great!! They were friendly, cheaper then the others I priced and it was dropped off and picked up when they said it would be. Also, no delivery charge which seemed to be standard with the other companies I called. Anyway, we were very pleased and will use them any time we need one in the future!! Great company!! Thank you!!!

This company does not take road safety seriously. I contacted them to report one of their vehicles with a trailer that pulled out in front of me on AC Skinner Parkway at an extremely slow CRAWL and all the person said was “oh I know which truck you’re talking about.” No apology for almost causing an accident or for their drivers negligence. No assurance they would speak to this individual about safety and how dangerous it is to pull out slowly in front of a vehicle going 35-40 mph down the road with a trailer. Pat McClendon personally delivered two portalets on Christmas Eve for an event downtown for us. He was so professional and friendly! I called a few companies before McClendons and the customer service with his comapany was second to none! Thank you!
