We had a inside air unit installed by this company and have had nothing but issues since. When first becoming customers we were pleased and thought this man was a stand up trustworthy business man but he is anything but that. We have tried to contact him several times about our unit since he installed it and we were told he would be coming and he never showed up on several different occasions and then he just got to where he wouldn't answer or return calls at all. My comments are coming a year later than when I should've posted them, but I guess, better late than never. I attend church in Smith County, which is about an hour's drive outside Meridian. A day before a funeral was scheduled at the church last June, someone stole the big outside air conditioning unit. This was very concerning because a large crowd was expected, and it was very hot and humid. There just wasn't a quick fix, and we didn't know what to do.
