If you don't plan on doing a job as agreed, then don't do it. I would have gone for a basic glass cutting and no more. No one has three weeks to wait for this cheap putty to dry. Black Mono was the instruction since they will be immediately painted; as instructed. The skill set is quite limited in this place and they don't care.
