Had a bad experience like 8 years ago so when we needed warranty work on our truck we gave them another try. The lady at the service desk refused to look up our paint warranty and fought with my husband about it. We had to call the dealer we bought it from to prove it although we were told she could have looked it up. Also my husband is a mechanic and told them our belt was squeaking so he’d like that checked. We had to then pay $200 for diagnostic just to be told it was our belt.
