Treated like a person rather than an account
While the doctor and the employees were very polite and respectful, I wish I had known what I was paying for ahead of time. While part of that is on me, I had no idea how costly this appointment and my glasses were going to be. I felt I should have been given a break down to make a decision if I needed to pay over $500 before I paid. I also felt I had to pay this or I would’ve left without the glasses I needed.
Amber at Bardstown Clarkson Eye Care is absolutely amazing! Either a glitch in the system or staff error from 9 months ago; there was billing and product issues. She made everything right! She wrote off billing and gave me a new pair of Ray Bans at a fraction of the cost. She asked if I was okay with this route. I said, "Yes, but it seems like the company is losing a lot."
