A while ago went into the office to see if they had my sons glasses that was broken and I met a young lady by the name of Courtney she went above and beyond she called so many stores to see if they had my sons glasses in stock when she finally got to the last store they did she knew how much my son loved those glasses and I really appreciate all the hard work she put in to make it possible. Very helpful, professional staff. The doctor that saw m, Dr. Manning was thorough and explained things so well. Been going there off and on for years, it has always been a good experience.
I've been seen at this place since before it was clarkson eyecare. I had eye exam appts for me and my son. We show up and find out that Dr. Gambrel no longer works there and our appts were canceled. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. Completely unprofessional.
First time there. Loved Dr. Kraft and his staff. Dr. Kraft was the most informative eye doctor I’ve ever seen. A little chaotic in the reception area and getting your glasses ordered because they were short staffed.
All 4 of my family have been going here for years with 0 issues. Starting in January I began getting billing issues and charges that I didn't request. I was told 3 times that I was correct and management would be reaching out but I never heard from anyone. I have since canceled all 4 upcoming exams.
