Can't thatnk the guys at mcclearys enough Simon and Allan are tremendous. Simon able to offer real I ought I to market how nest to generate interest and best price. From coming out to meet with is prior to house going on market, individual viewings to best give potential buyers time to ponder to ask questions to regular updates. They are clearly a step ahead off all other estate agents highly recommend
Il never do any business with McClearys, where I was the highest bidder on a house the estate agent Simon at McClearys words where “even though I was 5k more than the other bidder he would advice the client to go with the lesser bid because I was with co ownership” just do your job and sell the house to the highest bidder = the one that wants it the most!!
Where do I start ,Simon is cocky & overly confident of his abilities ,I certainly would not want him in my business as an employee,never mind a partner.I had to ask Alan for feedback on my property as it wasn't Forth coming ,none of staff could apologise & seemed to deflect ,apart from Alan's son .An appointment for viewing was cancelled,nobody told me,people arrived for viewings I had to start showing them around .Simon gave me very bad advice, did not measure rooms correctly& I felt my house sale wasn't a priority &was fel... read more
I rented out a property from McClearys for a year. Whilst most of the process at the start was good, things went down hill towards the end. Due to extreme damp and mould conditions (at no fault of my own) I had to vacate the property before the tenancy was over. I addressed my health concerns with the council, McClearys and the landlord. The landlord obviously disputed my claims even though there was blatant evidence, the council was backlogged with work and I was in a waiting list and McClearys offered little to no support ... read more
We rented a property from McClearys for just under 3 years. They were excellent landlords, left us to it but always sorted any maintenance issues quickly. Thanks McClearys!
