Had to reply. Looked online here and saw a very negative review, couldn't believe it! Been going here in Mccleary since they opened and Elma prior. MCCLEARY, Stephen couldn't be more knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, going the extra mile in customer service. He's aided me very patiently in communication to my Dr's etc to amplify the very best care as well as, April, Kathy, Amie also take their time with each individuals questions and even help send direct messages to my care team showing true care for myself and everyone t... read more
My experience was awful! The employee or pharmacist there named Steven was very rude and did not listen to me and the issue I was trying to address. He talked over me and with so much arrogance and attitude. I have NEVER experienced this type of behavior from a healthcare professional in my life. Thank you.
The people working there are so helpful and friendly and I can’t believe the money I’m saving since I transferred over from QFC pharmacies. April boxes our meds and don’t need a pill box anymore. April knows her meds. I mentioned some symptoms I was having and she said that could be a reaction from one of the new medication I was on and told me to contact my doctor right away and I did and he changed it.
