"Caution" !!! The wrong attorney can be detrimental to your case. Do your due diligence, be careful with referrals... One year into Probate Litigation, I had to substitute counsel. Ms McCland requested discovery of my business from opposing counsel. Apparently, retrieving this information from Ocala to Kissimmee was too daunting. Ms McCland actually said "should we just trust THEIR numbers"?? I was totally floored... Incompetence or laziness, I'm not sure... Legal couriers deliver documents everyday.
