Do not hire McClanahan Powers, PLLC. I was represented by Dirk McClanahan, and my experience was extremely frustrating and costly. They charged me for duplicative work, communication was very poor, and I was charged excessively for meritless claims costing my thousands of dollars in unnecessary fees. Save yourself the headache and your money—look elsewhere. This firm is definitely not worth it.
