Always great to work with. Purchased a boat trailer last year and had a couple minor problems, they got me in quickly under warranty and took the time to update me through email throughout the process. As I was arriving to pickup my boat and trailer it started raining, and their shop men put my boat and trailer in the shop so we could hook it up without wet. (10/10 for that!!) I recently bought a boat and they put a McClain trailer under it, on the trip home we had several issues. I called Jacob and he was quick to respond. He immediately got the proper people involved and with a little time and patience they took amazing care of my issues. I would highly recommend them, they stand behind what they build.
