Professional experience with fast shipping AAA!!!
I had the unfortunate experience of having an accident with my bass boat trailer while traveling from central Florida to the St. Louis area and this company saved my trip! The staff listened to my problem, immediately suggested a solution and resolved the problem IMMEDIATELY. They fabricated an axil for my NITRO trailer and delivered it within 24 hours getting me safely home. The staff was very friendly, and everyone pulled together and helped me through the problem! THANKS TO THEM!!
I was in a real tight spot with my tandem axle boat trailer, and up against a deadline. McCLain Trailers went out of their way to help me get on the road again. Jacob's awesome customer service and Tyler's expertise and quick work were clear evidence that McClain Trailers cares about their customers above all else. Highly reccomend them for your trailer needs in Baldwin County.
