I’ve had my BRAND NEW trailer less than a year and I’ve already had to take it back to y’all 5 times (100 mile round trip each time). First time was because the winch strap that came with the trailer was dry rotted before I ever got it. 2nd time was due to a broken weld. 3rd time was because the cap to the post guide ons flew off. 4th time was because the bunk came loose (bolts pulled through the wood) 5th time was due to ANOTHER broken weld. Always great to work with. Purchased a boat trailer last year and had a couple minor problems, they got me in quickly under warranty and took the time to update me through email throughout the process. As I was arriving to pickup my boat and trailer it started raining, and their shop men put my boat and trailer in the shop so we could hook it up without wet. (10/10 for that!!) He immediately got the proper people involved and with a little time and patience they took amazing care of my issues. I would highly recommend them, they stand behind what they build.
