McLain Trailers in Houston has given me very good service for the maintenance on my trailer that came with my boat from another dealer. Their service reps have always taken an interest in various maintenance issues and repairs that I've needed. Recently, Greg did a very good job of Providing a solution for a maintenance issue that seriously needed attention. He was also helpful in finding some spare parts that I needed. I really appreciate This type of service And will continue to Use McClains.
Update: Scott, the manager, after hearing about what happened, drove 3.5 hours to personally deliver my trailer. Can’t ask for more than that. Fantastic recovery. Worthless. Ordered a trailer with Josh. Gave them a deposit and 2 months to have the trailer ready for me. Confirmed the day, drove 3.5 hrs and showed up only to be told that it wouldn’t be ready for another week. Avoid these people like the plague. They are the worst!

We just purchased a new bass boat from Big D Marine in Huntsville Texas. We did not like the trailer that came with it. Will Ferguson of Big D Marine called McClain Trailers and arranged for a custom trailer to be made for us. Believe it or not Will Ferguson spoke with an Engineer named Will at McClain Trailers.
