Gabriel was amazing from the first phone call, he showed up in less than an hour and was personable. The crew came the next day and did a phenomenal task from start to finish. They left no mess and assured my parents were good before exiting. I would recommend for any services.
I contacted Rotor Rooter because I had water in my basement and couldn't clear it.they were great. Clean up was excellent. They even took away all my damaged items.William Robinson was great to deal with. He went above and beyond with the cleanup.and the others were terrifc as well
Andrew arrived today to put in a new Rain shower head. As usual, he’s courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. This is his third visit to my house. visit has been the same. Always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It’s nice to know that Andrew and Titan Z are always dependable!
