Awesome experience both times they’ve come out! I’ve had Tyler and his brother both come to my property to check out my HVAC system and to give me quotes. Both times they went above and beyond- not trying to just sell me on the most expensive equipment but really talk to me about the root of the problem. I’ve been dealing with AHS and warranty companies and talking to McClain was a breath of fresh air. Amazing service! This family owned business was prompt and fairly priced. They even accommodated my needs and came out on a weekend to install a new ac unit. After researching prices they are very fairly priced, but what I appreciate the most is after I called 3 other big name hvac companies that told me it would be 2-3 days before they could come assess why my ac wasn’t cooling. Had to replace our central furnace and air conditioner last year and left a voicemail for an estimate. Received a call back from Tyler who was polite, very informative, and provided us a quote at a fair price. Scheduling was easy as well and Jose and the work crew who came out to perform the install and remove the old units were very professional. Our heating and cooling have been working perfectly and keeping us comfortable ever since.

These folks are absolutely awesome. No lies, no upsell, no nonsense. I thought I was about to have to spend thousands…thirty minutes with Tyler checking things, and my system was heating my house again…they charged me a meager service fee (had to drive out here…) to have me running again. McClain Heating & Air provided competitive pricing and quick installation for my new home! And with a baby on the way, it was a huge relief.
