I reached out to Bill on Sunday about a wiring issue I was hoping to get some professional eyes on. He got back to me the same day asking for some additional details, talked me out of some unnecessary work I asked about, and sent Scott to my place the following morning. Everything was sorted out quickly and my problem was resolved within the hour of his visit. Both guys were courteous and professional; I could not be happier with the work they did. Thank you!

I'm so happy I found Bill McClain! I had a problem with my outdoor motion sensor light which was 2 stories high and completely inaccessible to me. I found Bill through a quick local google search. He's super nice, proactive (came by the day before our appointment just to check out the light and see what he might need), and had the job finished less than 24 hours after I called him. Bill McClain is AMAZING! If I could give more stars here, I would. I have had electrical issues with heating and additional electrical issues/concerns, and I called Bill distraught and upset, and he came within 15 minutes and fixed the issues quickly. Another electrician told me before they would need to break my walls, and so I called Bill, and he fixed that issue (with no walls broken!). He also is beyond thorough! BEST ELECTRICIANS IN WESTCHESTER!!! They came for an emergency problem. Both Bill and Sal came in a reasonable time and got right to work. They found and fixed the problem and left me with light and my A/C. My dogs who are huskies were very happy that they got their AC back!! They give them 8 paws up!!

It only allows me to give 5 Stars, but I give this company at least 10+ Stars. Other companies say they're open 24/7, just as McClain Electric says it's open 24/7. The only difference between McClain Electric and the others is that McClain Electric WILL come out to fix the problem.
