McClain was serviced thru My HomeServe warranty for My hot water heater.The plumber sent was Allen.Allen was extremely professional and efficient,explained everything and what needed to be done.Was in and out neat and tidy.Allen made the process simple and less worrisome.

Completely unprofessional. Receptionist will hang up on your phone and they’ll schedule you only to cancel appointment the day off for the day before and blame it on other people do not go here for your services. Save your time go somewhere else.
