The job was to replace the damaged copper line from the basement to the upstair bathroom with a PAX line + shut-off valve. The area where the damaged copper line situated was TIGHT, not illuminated (could be visualized only with a cell phone camera by taking a photo) and behind huge Y-shaped LEAD sewer pipes/column. The technician Anthony could use ONLY one arm holding a small tool (large more powerful tool wouldn't fit) to remove the copper line. So a contractor for PECO drilled through and damaged some sewer lines in my street. So they hired McClain to do repairs. First McClain came out in summer to scope. They broke cleanout cover and replaced with plastic rubber one with flush bolt. When they did work on sewer line recently, their backhoe broke that cover. Guy said he would let office know. Booked service through Home Depot for a toilet install. Set up appointment time within a week and they let me know when the plumber would arrive within a 4 hour window. Alan was friendly, professional and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with his service. I highly recommend!
