Excellent customer service and total knowledge of installation, fully cleaned up area and disposed of old unit. Because I am so pleased I'm planning on doing two other jobs with McClain Bros very pleased.

They came out on 9/30 to fix a clogged drain. 5 minutes after leaving, our ceiling started leaking water. The plumber came back immediately and admitted he loosened the pipes too much causing the leak. Talked to the manager that day who promised it would be fixed asap as it was their fault. I have called 6 times in 3 weeks, sent photos, and no one calls me back. We were charged $500 and now we have a giant crack and hole in our ceiling. I DO NOT recommend this business if you value your time, money, and communication.
I’ve called several plumbers in the area for a seller I was representing, McClain Bros were the ones that showed up and communicated when others didn’t. Very reliable, trustworthy according to other plumbers in the area and very responsive. They worked with my seller with options that other plumbers didn’t have available. I would so use them over and over again along with recommending them to others. Mike was great in working with me directly!
