If you have American Water Resources warranty coverage, I would not recommend using this company. I have an older unit that requires coolant every few years, and this year was no different. They came out to inspect the unit but said they did not have the required coolant and would need to reschedule. Instead, they closed the case as “completed” with the warranty company and reported that I had a leak. As a result, my warranty company no longer covers my system. American Water Resources & McClain Bros. as a team provided prompt, professional & proficient service repairing our Central Air Unit. It was determined that the thermostat needed to be replaced. Hector called to determine if it was approved. He returned today and installed a new thermostat. He was kind & his coworker was diligent to instruct us on how to use it. Our family is very pleased with the service that was rendered.
