Extremely unprofessionally and rude! I phoned the office to inquire about retaining a probate attorney or paralegal for some probate work that I need in Mecklenburg County Probate Court, and the woman who answered the phone HUNG UP ON ME! She said, "this is a law office and I don't have time for this" and slammed the phone! I was astounded.
