Not able to have my blood work, as I am a "hard stick" & was always had to see the nurse practitioner, not the doctor.
Would give zero stars if I could. They sent my grandmother home with appendicitis 2 days ago, instead of transferring her to the hospital immediately! Said they would send a referral.. she’s now in the hospital (because I begged her to go) with an infection and now a pending surgery. only today did she get the confirmation of the referral being sent to radiology.
Dr F is good, he listens to my concerns. The staff is so kind, pleasant. Activity center is full of fun things to do, exercise classes to keep you moving, no cost. Bring your non-Conviva friends, they are welcome. The call center people are clear in their speaking, you can understand them. There is a habitual issue with referrals and response time to calls. It needs to improve greatly..it's frustrating and at times dangerous. The review that mentioned staff are liars, prey on elderly people's insurance, strong smell of urine... read more

I love the staff ,very pleasant & Doctor was awesome. But that call center is hideously aggravating , absolutely worthless. The attitude is pitiful ,can't speak English well & gets frustrated when you ask them to repeat what they are saying ,put you on hold for 30 mins & come back & say wait on a call back Mr Phillips. Hey dear : my name is Thompson please get your information correct please ,after 8 days ,just drive the 14 miles in & speak with receptionist & she will answer your questions perfectly!
