Great Doctor, Appalling Office Management — Avoid Until Staffing Changes I want to start by saying that Dr. Santora is wonderful, but the egregious lack of professionalism from the office manager makes visiting this location completely unacceptable. The office manager, Regina (who goes by Gina), flat-out refuses to do her work. (BTW she is the only one that is allowed to sign off on these documents.) Have been coming here for several years, my PCP has moved on recently and I have another that took her place. This is not about the doctor but Conviva in general. It took me almost half an hour today and at least two phone calls just to get a simple appointment. As it turns out when I call the number it is routed to a call center where some of the reps are hard to understand as they are in another country. . new update this facility is getting worse not better. my mri and records are not being entered i had to go to the mri provider to get my records to my primary doctor even he couldn't find them, delray &military. i've been a member about 18 yrs. they went from a small intermit center to a giant corporate business model. they have 2 staff members that i love,jorden & cooperstein. the rest are all fair at best. their office is packed as they now take multiple insurances. their are time restraints on their time with patients s... read more
