This place is so great. It’s great to have an all in one place where I can see my Psychiatrist physician and dentist in one place it really gives you a chance to get to know the people there they’re all very well Equipped, knowledgeable and kind very glad to find a place like this
Up until last week, I’ve had no complaints. Conviva was supposed to drop me off at two doctors the other day and they switched appointments by mistake. Drop me off at the wrong doctor in the morning. I had to take Uber to the second doctor in the afternoon. Doctor out the door is OK but the service is provided a terrible. I still do not have my medication’s and it’s almost 2 weeks since I’ve seen the doctor. And now have a full-time job and have no time to spend 15 minutes on the phone every time I call. Had difficulty reaching the new office on Military Trail. The phone number sent me to a central call center and the directions send me to the old West Atlantic Ave. office. Please fix that.
I've been a patient at Conviva Delray Beach for a few years now and as busy as they are, I never feel rushed or that someone else's issue is more important than mine. Dr Cooperstein is attentive and listens! I've gotten excellent specialist referrals and I've been happy with those doctors as well. Claudia in the referral department makes the referrals happen quickly so that there's no delay in seeing the specialists needed. The nursing and lab staff are wonderful, especially Rhonda :).
