On behalf of patient Sidney Hollander On July 9th I arrived for my vaccine appointment dragging my myself in my walker. Before I blinked, I was comfortable in a wheelchair and being directed to my dreaded injection. Well, I never thought it would be so painless and professionally handled. My failing hearing did not phase the interviewer. Care for sharps and hazardous materials was evident. This is the model setting for an HR training film. Video the experience & give to H.R.
