This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a medical provider , NP Torres Arredondo. She doesn’t listen to our concerns and is only focused on scheduling appointments for no reason. She has her own agenda and has been very unhelpful in getting our father the help that he needs. He lives alone and is very forgetful and confused and she refuses our request for getting him home health aide assistance and for neurology evaluation.
