I am so very very disappointed in conviva. Except for the fact that they offer transport, they are not very competent with their referral dept. Since January my mom had needed a referral to see her gastro doctor. I did communicate this to them. They said that the doctor office needed to request the referral. The gastro Doctor did that and I turned up for my mom appt only to be told that conviva never sent it. While at the office , 2 request were sent and still conviva never forwarded referral. Estoy muy agradecido con todo el personal que trabaja en Kingspoint, todos son muy profesionales y amables conmigo. Cada vez que voy a mis citas medicas me siento como si estuviera en casa. Me siento muy complacido con la atención que me brindan, en especial con Paula, la asistente medica de mi doctor, siempre atenta y servicial cuando necesito algo. Recomiendo este centro 100%
