Thank God what I need from this place is not an emergency because they’re impossible to get a hold of!! I sincerely hope my mom didn’t have these issues when she was their patient!! I’ve been trying to get my mom’s life insurance paperwork submitted to the life insurance company and was advised that they faxed it twice but the life insurance company advised me that they haven’t received anything from them and this has been going on since January 5th!!! I am so very very disappointed in conviva. Except for the fact that they offer transport, they are not very competent with their referral dept. Since January my mom had needed a referral to see her gastro doctor. I did communicate this to them. They said that the doctor office needed to request the referral. The gastro Doctor did that and I turned up for my mom appt only to be told that conviva never sent it. While at the office , 2 request were sent and still conviva never forwarded referral.
