Desde que tuve la excelente idea de que sea CONVIVA mi centro médico no me equivoque, tanto la atención de los doctores y de las bellas y gentiles chicas de la recepción, Karina, Maggie y Nari, siempre dispuestas y con la sonrisa encantadora que tienen, me siento muy cómoda y muy bien atendida, muchas gracias por todo esto.
Estoy muy agradecido con todo el personal que trabaja en Kingspoint, todos son muy profesionales y amables conmigo. Cada vez que voy a mis citas medicas me siento como si estuviera en casa. Me siento muy complacido con la atención que me brindan, en especial con Paula, la asistente medica de mi doctor, siempre atenta y servicial cuando necesito algo. Recomiendo este centro 100%
I just switched to Conviva’s Kings Point office in July. I found them to be very professional from the front office staff to the doctor. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and Joann, the nurse, was very helpful and professional in explaining all my test results. She made me feel very comfortable and put my mind at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone who’s looking for a new doctor. I’m very happy I made the change.
I called as a new patient to the be conviva kings-point location referral as a new patient . I needed to be seen today I injured my self over the weekend. The lady at the front desk was non caring and also the medical assistant. Then I was told my appointment was rescheduled without me knowing. Had appt for 2/2/24 and was changed to 2/14 . I ask to be seen today cause I have torn tendon. Just so I can get a referral to see the orthopedic surgeon who was willing to see me if can get a referral.
