Dr. Jim Torres is my father's Primary care physician. My father's hard of hearing, even with hearing aids, and it's even worse with masks on. Dr. Torres sat down at the computer in the exam room and began to ask my father questions by typing, in very big letters, to make it easier for my father. We've been to many specialists and Doctors thru the years and never had one so thoughtful. He's also a very thorough Doctor. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.

This place is not good. People don’t care about your medical condition at all. They only care about how much your insurance pays them. They test for everything even though you don’t need it. Just for the money. Front desk looks like they don’t like working there they are rude and than the back office the people there don’t even know what they are doing. That place is not a good place. I do not recommend it at all.

My son, my mother and I had a pleasant experience for more than three years there, but currently we are very upset . We are Latin people and my mom do not speak English, when she asks ( by phone) for help in Spanish, the call is put on hold and usually she can waste her time. Several time she went to her appointment and was waiting more than a hour without be call.Today (august 21-2019) we were in hold more than 25 minutes waiting for the Dr. assistant and for the lab nurse and never came .
